The legal basis for data processing is the need to perform the contract, take action on demand before concluding the contract, legitimate interests of administrators, and in other cases, consent. The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, the lack of consent for processing will make it impossible to take advantage of the POMORSKI Group's offer.
The administrators process personal data for the purpose of entering into and performing the contract, fulfilling the binding legal obligations, and own marketing.
The data subject has the right to access the content of personal data, rectification and transfer, as well as the right to remove them, limit processing, object to their processing and the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. The person consenting is entitled to withdraw it at any time, however, it will not have any effects on the processing of the data before the withdrawal of consent. These rights can be exercised against each of the Administrators.

Personal data processed on the basis of expressed consent will be deleted after its cancellation or if they become unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected. Administrators will process personal data within the scope and time frame resulting from the regulations.
